Private Cookery Experience with Jean-Christophe Novelli & Overnight Stay at a4* Hotel for Two

On arrival at the Novelli Academy at 10:30am, you’ll be greeted by the friendly staff with some light refreshments. The masterclass will start at 10:45am when you will be joined by Jean-Christophe Novell himself for interactive demonstrations, tastings and hands-on sessions.

You’ll learn expert techniques and culinary secrets including: 

- Intensive knife skills and dexterity work
- Bread/pizza or pasta making
- Filleting and/or boning
- French cookery terms
- Caramel work (including Jean-Christophe’s world-famous caramel springs)
- Engaging spice workshop, or other exciting activities chosen by Jean-Christophe.

Finally, you’ll sit down to a three-course late lunch carefully created by Jean-Christophe Novelli, accompanied with a wine or soft drink and a chance to ask burning questions. As part of this experience, you’ll also enjoy a luxurious overnight stay at a 4* hotel so you can make the most of your day without worrying about getting home. Valid for 9 months.
