An overnight stay for two people in a Safari Lodge at the private Big Cat Sanctuary
The Big Cat Sanctuary in Kent – the garden of England and is not open to the general public. This is an opportunity to enjoy an exclusive visit to see Europe’s most important collection of felines, with some of the World’s most endangered Big Cats including; Amur Leopards, Sumatran Tigers, Amur Tigers, Snow Leopards, North Chinese Leopards, and the only location in the UK that is home to both African and Asiatic Lions.
On arrival you will be shown to your well-appointed safari lodge. Afternoon tea is then served in the Heritage Lodge welcome centre. A member of the Big Cat Sanctuary will welcome you and take you on a special walking tour, which will last about 2 hours. During the tour you will learn about the extensive and important conservation work that takes place at the Sanctuary and across the globe.
On your return, you will have time to freshen up before your evening meal. An intimate 3-course dinner served in the conservatory over-looking the Asiatic Lions. After dinner, it is time to retire to your lodge for a restful night sleep to the sound of the big cats.
The following morning you return to Heritage Lodge for a scrumptious breakfast with choices of hot and cold freshly prepared dishes. A Ranger will then escort you on another walking tour to see the servals, small cats and behind the scenes. It is then time to check out and possibly buy a memento to remind you of your special adventure before heading home.
