For the ultimate dining experience, you and your guest will have the best seats in the house, right next to the heart of the kitchen.  An interactive dining experience where your chefs will prepare a bespoke 10 course tasting menu of dishes, ranging from intricate sushi and sashimi, to creative grills and the most inventive desserts.  You and your lucky guest will be able to watch every process across the open kitchen.
